Returns are eligible for store credit only within 14 days of delivery date. Returns past the two week mark will not be accepted and will be sent back at the customers expense. Return & exchange shipping is the responsibility of the customer. Please include a return form with your return. Once orders are placed they cannot be canceled.
What can be returned?
-Items that are UNWORN & unwashed
-items free of perfume, dog hair, deodorant, or cigarette smoke
-items purchases at regular price
What CANNOT be returned?
-items that have been worn or washed
-items that smell of perfume or cigarette smoke
-items with dog hair or deodorant
-items purchased during a SALE or sale items
Our inventory is constantly changing so items are not eligible for exchange. We will issue you an online credit for the item as long as it is returned within the 14 day period. Once you receive your credit, you may then purchase the new item if it is still in stock.
How do I get store credit?
Store credit will be issued to you via email.
If you find item is DAMAGED, it must be reported within 2 days of receiving.

Please fold items neatly and we prefer that you wrap the item in some sort of tissue paper so that they are protected from damage during shipping.
Returns are processed by our ONE PERSON system, every 2-4 days so please be patient with us!
Please make sure to double check your shipping address. Once we ship your package, you will be charged to double ship if you enter the wrong address.
